Since 1956, when our founder Myron Fulkerson started the company in his basement in Dayton, Ohio, we’ve grown to sell our products throughout the USA, and the world, by staying true to our mission of designing and manufacturing, inexpensive, energy-efficient, great-sounding loudspeakers. We’ve grown a loyal following of satisfied customers because our products work reliably, we keep our promises, and we’re easy to do business with. We also provide engineering support to help you design your system and install our products at no cost to you, and an industry-leading Warranty of Five Years.

Warranty

Fourjay Industries warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal conditions and service for a period of an Industry leading 5 years from the date of manufacture.
This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of any product within the warranty period.
Product must be returned to Fourjay Industries and packaged to prevent damage.
The defect must not be from result of damage, misuse or negligence after the original shipment.
All products must be factory sealed.

All freight charges for the return of products are prepaid back to Fourjay Industries.
Any unit out of warranty can be serviced for cost of parts and labor if so desired.
This warranty specifically excludes damage incurred in shipment. In the event a product is received in damaged condition, the carrier should be notified immediately. Claims for such damage should be filed with the carrier. If such an occurrence does happen take photos to assist in the claim.
